I've finally tracked down ANDREWC12, Lacos, PSP, or whatever alt he's using these days. For those of you who don't know, he's the persistent little retard that's been stealing my flashes all these years.
With help from Twilight/EJR, I discovered that he uses this YouTube channel.
And then I saw this little video.
